At Tanmark, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather belts and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Customized or personalized belts

  • Damaged items caused by improper use and not due to manufacturing issues


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may apply in the following situations:

  • Items showing visible signs of wear or usage

  • Packaging or accessories missing

  • Items damaged for reasons not caused by Tanmark

  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. You will be notified by email that we have received your returned package.

  2. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—refund posting may take time.

  3. Contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, ship it to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • Shipping timelines vary by location—typically 4–7 days within India.

  • Tracking details are emailed once the order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or inaccurate address details.
